Hold on! The world has not ended quite yet. We know it feels that way if you need a new unlock code for one of our programs. There is no reason to freak out though because you can create a new one using our step by step wizard. Once our wizard waves his wand, he will instantly email you a new unlock code for the program you purchased from us. You might need to create a new unlock code for one of the following reasons:

    
        
  • Oops... you just placed a new order for a program and did not include your product id
    •     
  • Your computer blew up from playing to much Troopanum, or you have formatted your computer
    •     
  • You have picked up a new computer
    •     
  • You want to install the software on a second computer that you personally own
    •     

Please select the program from the list that you want to generate a replacement unlock code for, please review the license terms, then click continue to start the wizard. When you reach the last step of this process, your new unlock code will instantly be emailed to you. It's that easy!

License Agreement

    

There really are only two parts of our license agreement that you'll be interested in. We'll skip the rest of the legal jargon. Here are those two parts.

1. You can get up to 4 replacement unlock codes a year. That is, between January 1 up through December 31. If you would need more than 4 replacement unlock codes before the calendar year is up, you have a few options. The 'I'm in debt' option is to simply wait until January 1st of the next year and your replacement count will jump right back up to 4. The 'I'm a millionaire' option lets you purchase another copy of the program. This purchase will instantly get you 4 more replacement unlock codes for the program so you can finish out the year using the software. Oh my... does this mean on january 1 of the next year I'll have a total of 8 replacement unlock codes for the program? Yup, you got it... that is absolutely correct.

2. You can install the program on two computers that you personally own.
