We gather information and feedback about our products from electronic email messages people send us. We use that information to hopefully improve our products. This is a volunteer action from the end user. The end user can also unsubscribe from the newsletter by using our newsletter form. The email address list is only used by us to email out information about new products being offered through blindsoftware.com. We do not sell this email list to any third party and never will! We have strict standards of confidentiality. We also gather information about users via our beta testing form. People can fill out this form to help beta test our products. This information is only used to determine if a person meets the requirements to help beta test one of our products. This information may be shared with other vendors using the BSC marketing service to see if certain beta testers could help that vendor better develop his/her product.
We do, at times, share electronic email messages sent to us from customers or people with other vendors using the BSC marketing service. Primarily when someone emails the wrong support email address, we forward it to the correct vendor to handle the technical support request. However, sharing electronic email messages doesn't have to be limited to this aspect it could be for other reasons as well.

What about children and purchasing products through BSC?
BSC sells children's products, but those products are not to be purchased by children. If you are under 18, you may use BSC only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
